Reviews and Ratings <br />
Overall, my stay at the resort was promising with vibrant grounds and a stunning lagoon for snorkeling. However, the frustrations with check-in and room availability definitely overshadowed the positives, leaving me questioning the value given the high costs associated with the stay. If you're looking for a fun atmosphere, this might still be a good choice, but be prepared for some hiccups along the way.
The hotel has beautiful grounds and a ton of amenities. However, my entire stay was marred by maintenance issues and a lack of responsiveness from the staff. It’s a shame because the location is stunning and has a lot of potential, but I wouldn't recommend staying here based on my experience.
The Hilton Waikaloa resort is a beautiful property with tons of family-friendly activities, such as a lovely lagoon for snorkeling and engaging dolphin shows. However, the experience is somewhat marred by the high prices for everything, including dining and amenities, which left us feeling that it was not the best value for money. While the grounds are meticulously maintained and the views are stunning, the hassle of restrictions related to COVID procedures impacted our overall enjoyment.
The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort offers stunning gardens and a vibrant lagoon, creating a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. However, the service was inconsistent, especially with housekeeping and dining, which detracted from the overall experience. While I loved the beautiful views and various activities available, I was disappointed with the outdated room decor and lengthy checkout process, making me think twice about returning.
The resort is vast and beautifully landscaped, offering an enjoyable environment for a stay. The lagoon is perfect for snorkeling with sea turtles, which is a highlight. However, I found the dining options to be overpriced and the parking fees excessive. Additionally, the tram system was inconvenient, especially since it was out of service during my visit.
